'Get Your Sassy Salsa Style Sorted in 6 Weeks!' is an intensive Cuban Salsa Ladies Styling course specifically designed to improve your repertoire of movement, add stylish, effective elegance to your Salsa and fill you with the confidence you need to freestyle independently on the Cuban Salsa social dance floor.

This unique and trail blazing course is a blended learning approach to Cuban Salsa Ladies Styling. It’s a mixture of pre-recorded tutorials (available 24 hours to suit your schedule) and live weekly studio or online sessions (depending on your location).  

'Get Your Sassy Salsa Style Sorted in 6 Weeks!' involves a structured plan of action that will take you from free-styling fear to feminine flair in just 6 weeks, focusing on all the elements that make great dancers; 

• rhythmic body movement
• connection with the music
• elegant arms
• clean and clear footwork 
• turning technique
• posture and presence

My confidence building activities including 'Practise. Believe. Achieve!' exercises as well weekly challenges will keep you inspired and striving for your goals!

This course is not for complete beginners. 

If you've tried choreography classes and YouTube tutorials and are still feeling lost then this course will get you on track. My methodology focuses on building a dance vocabulary that will enable you to become dance floor confident and therefore dance floor independent. 

My theory is that you won't have me to hold your hand whilst you are social dancing (you partner will be doing that) so I want you to finish my course with the confidence to create and demonstrate your knowledge when left to freestyle on the social dance floor.

Absolutely not! As soon as you embark on 'Get Your Sassy Salsa Style Sorted in 6 Weeks!' you will become part of the Sass Squad; a female only community with the same styling objectives as you, You will have access to the Francesca A Lo Cubano accountability group where you will feel supported and encouraged by the rest of the squad.
